We’re really glad to announce this new series of 2 remix releases about EVOLVOTRON the debut album by QUAKERS & MORMONS, the new Experimental Hip-Hop project of Maolo and Mancho (also known for MY AWESOME MIXTAPE), produced by Riccardo Gamondi aka Rico (UOCHI TOKI).
This avant-gardian master piece shows a mature and original taste for electronic music and contemporary sounds with the eyes turned to the international independent music scene (Anti-Pop Consortium, Cannibal Ox, El P, Company Flow, and many more).
EVOLVOTRON Remixed pt.1 is out now in BEATPORT EXCLUSIVE (worldwide release: November 8th 2011) with an heterogeneous range of talents that have worked on original tracks with many different styles: LENNO (Top Billin / Finland), XINOBI (Discotexas, Work it baby / Portugal), FIRE FLOWERZ (Cheap Thrills / Italy), ACKEEJUICE ROCKERS (Trouble & Bass contest winners / Italy) and CASA DEL MIRTO (Mashhh / Italy).

The Uprising ep is the 1st official release from Guillaume and Violette, a talented French duo called http://soundcloud.com/riseandfool They developed their funk-oriented sound in recent months remixing tracks from Lana del Rey, Zedd, Alex Metric and Louis La Roche. The release include a synth-pop single called Toy Boy and a more dancefloor-oriented track called Jail Cell.
